The Division of Trauma Laboratory Medicine, Jai Prakash Narayan Apex Trauma Centre (JPNATC), All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, has released an advertisement dated 02.05.2026 for 4 temporary Multipurpose Staff posts under the ICMR-funded project "Integrative Whole-Genome and Morphometric Profiling for Digital Twin-Based Prognostic Modelling in Severe Traumatic Brain Injury" (Project Code: N-2711). There is no written exam — selection is purely interview-based and there is no application fee. Graduates with prior experience in clinical research, hospital projects or laboratory/data work can apply.

Who Can Apply?

• Essential Qualification: Three-year graduate degree in a relevant subject / field
• Essential Experience: 1 year of experience in the relevant subject
• Desirable Experience:
  • Clinical research or hospital-based projects
  • Sample collection, handling and documentation
  • Data entry and record maintenance (Excel or similar tools)
  • Working in ICU / Emergency / Trauma settings
  • Patient coordination and follow-up
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work in shifts (day/night)

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 30 years
• Age relaxation as per AIIMS / ICMR rules

Salary

• Consolidated salary of Rs. 18,000 per month
• Plus HRA as admissible
• The post is purely temporary and co-terminable with the project
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is done in two stages:

1. Shortlisting of Applications: Only candidates who meet the essential qualification and experience will be shortlisted from the online Google Form submissions.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview at the Department. Selection is based on performance in the interview.

Selected candidates will have no claim for regular appointment under any funding agency for the entitled projects.

• Coordinate with patients and family members for follow-up and consent
• Work in day and night shifts as per project requirements
• Help with sample transportation, storage and laboratory upkeep
• Prepare progress reports and assist senior researchers with day-to-day tasks
