The Office of the District Judge, Balasore, Odisha has invited applications from Group-D employees including Process Servers for filling up 7 Junior Clerk/Copyist positions. Selection Process

Problems are solvable arithmetically — no algebraic methods needed.

How to Apply

- Prepare certified copies of court orders, judgments, and other legal documents as requested by parties.
- Assist in typing and formatting court orders, summons, warrants, and other official correspondence.
- Keep registers and maintain records of cases, including daily cause lists and case status updates.
- Work on computer systems for data entry, case management software, and digital record keeping.
- Follow court procedures for receiving and dispatching official mail, documents, and notices.
- Assist judicial officers and senior staff in day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.
- Manage correspondence between the court and litigants, advocates, and other government offices.
