About the Role

An Oath Commissioner is authorized to administer oaths and take affidavits in connection with court proceedings. This is a contract-based appointment for 2 years, and you must be mainly practicing at the Court Complex where you seek appointment. You will need to provide references from two advocates with 10 years of standing or other respectable persons, and submit an affidavit confirming you have not applied for the same role at any other Delhi Court.
