Who Can Apply?

Consultant (Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation)

  • PG degree/diploma in Management, Computer Applications, or Computer Science OR B.Tech/BE in IT/Computer Engineering OR PG in Science with formal IT training and at least 55% marks
  • At least 3 years' experience in IT/ICT systems implementation and analysis
  • Project management experience and knowledge of M&E methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Support training of Anganwadi Workers (AWWs) and Supervisors in ICT-enabled Real Time Monitoring (ICT-RTM) systems
  • Monitor usage of ICT-RTM by AWWs using CAS Reports and follow up on low usage at block level
  • Handle in-person and phone troubleshooting for hardware or software issues with mobiles, tablets, and CAS application
  • Log and manage issues in the Issue Tracker application as part of the CAS system
  • Assist Block and District level ICDS officials in using the CAS system for nutrition data monitoring
  • Prepare periodic progress reports covering tasks completed, issues, escalations, and risks
  • Coordinate with OEMs and telecom companies for hardware replacement, repair, and issue resolution
  • Follow up on actions from activity reports and provide performance feedback to AWWs
