IIM Bangalore Chief Operating Officer Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB), an Institute of National Importance, has released notification for the Chief Operating Officer role at MIJSC. The Centre promotes understanding of Japan in India and India in Japan through research, teaching, industry outreach, and networking. This is a full-time consultant mode position, renewable based on satisfactory performance.

Who Can Apply?

• Experience: You should ideally have handled senior or top management assignments in industry.
• Preferred Background: Familiarity or working experience with Japanese companies will be an advantage.
• Additional Advantage: Knowledge of Executive Education or training with Japanese companies will be useful.

Consultant Fee

• The indicative consultant fee is Rs. 30.00 lakhs per annum.
• This is approximately Rs. 2,50,000 per month, subject to the candidate's profile.
• The final fee will be decided by IIM Bangalore based on experience and suitability.
