Who Can Apply?

Doctor (Full Time)

• MBBS with registration of Medical Council / Medical Commission
• Should undergo training arranged by MOSJE NISD within three months of joining the IRCA

Project Co-Ordinator cum Vocational Counsellor

• Graduate with experience of managing such centres for a minimum period of 3 years, or demonstrable capability for running such centres
• Must have working knowledge of computers

Ward Boy

• 8th class pass, preferably experienced in such centres
• Ward Boy employed in an IRCA must be trained by NISD for new recruitment
• Experience of working in Hospitals / Health Care Centres / De-Addiction Centres preferred

Counsellor / Social Worker / Psychologist

• Graduate in any discipline with three years' experience in the field
• Must hold a Certificate of three months Training course in de-addiction counselling by NISD
• Should know English and one regional language
• For new recruitment: Graduate in social sciences, preferably in Social Work or Psychology, with 1-2 years' experience

Peer Educator

• Should be literate
• Ex-drug user with 1-2 years of sobriety, willing to work among drug-using population
• Good communication skills required; must agree to refrain from using, buying or selling drugs

Chowkidars

• SSC pass (Secondary School Certificate / 10th class)

House Keeping Worker

• SSC pass (Secondary School Certificate / 10th class)

Yoga Therapist / Dance / Music / Art Teacher

• Must possess experience of at least 3 years in the discipline (Yoga / Dance / Music / Art)

Salary

• Doctor (Full Time): Rs. 60,000 per month
• Project Co-Ordinator cum Vocational Counsellor: Rs. 25,000 per month
• Counsellor / Social Worker / Psychologist: Rs. 17,500 per month
• Ward Boy: Rs. 13,000 per month
• Peer Educator: Rs. 10,000 per month
• Chowkidars: Rs. 9,000 per month
• House Keeping Worker: Rs. 9,000 per month
• Yoga Therapist / Dance / Music / Art Teacher: Rs. 5,000 per month
• All posts are on contract basis, initially for a period of one year

• Provide medical, counselling or support services to patients at the Alcohol and Drug De-addiction Centre, GGH Madanapalli
• Handle clinical care, group therapy or peer education sessions for drug-affected patients
• Maintain proper case files, attendance and treatment records as per IRCA guidelines
• Assist in vocational rehabilitation, yoga, music, art or dance-based therapy sessions
• Follow MOSJE NISD protocols for de-addiction treatment and rehabilitation
• Coordinate with the centre in-charge and Superintendent on day-to-day operations
• Support housekeeping, security and ward management duties as per the assigned post
