AAI Cargo Logistics and Allied Services Company Limited (AAICLAS) - a fully owned cargo subsidiary of the Airports Authority of India - has released Advertisement No. 01/2026 for engagement of Security Screeners on a fixed-term basis. These screeners will handle cargo and in-line hold baggage screening at AAICLAS cargo complexes. You must be willing to serve on All India basis - postings can be changed to any location in India based on operational needs. Freshers with any graduation degree can apply.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: Graduation from any recognized Board/University/Institution with minimum 60% marks for General/OBC/EWS and 55% marks for SC/ST candidates. Enter marks in percentage (numeric), not CGPA.
• Language: Ability to read and speak English, Hindi and be conversant with the local language.
• Nationality: You must be a citizen of India.
• All India Service: Only candidates willing to serve anywhere in India should apply.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 27 years as on 1 May 2026
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), 5 years for Ex-Servicemen
• Date of birth as recorded in the Matriculation certificate will be accepted

Salary

• Initial stipend (Fresher): Rs. 15,000 per month until you pass all certification training exams
• After certification, you get the post of Security Screener (Certified) with consolidated monthly pay:
• First Year: Rs. 30,000 per month (all-inclusive)
• Second Year: Rs. 32,000 per month
• Third Year: Rs. 34,000 per month
• Other Benefits: TA/DA/Lodging at 3-tier AC rail fare, PF (Rs. 1,800 p.m.), Medical Insurance reimbursement up to Rs. 10,000 per year, Gratuity as per Act
• Leaves: 18 Privilege Leave + 12 Half Pay Leave + 9 CL + 2 RH per year

Application Fee

• General and OBC Category: Rs. 750
• SC / ST / EWS / Women: Rs. 100

Selection Process

Selection is based on Graduation marks and online interaction. No written exam.

1. Shortlisting by Graduation Marks: Candidates with higher graduation percentage will be called first for online interaction.
2. Online Interaction (Interview): Merit list prepared based on marks secured in interview.
3. Medical Fitness Test: Eye and colour-blindness exam, unimpaired vision and hearing, ability to recognise X-ray objects, good oral and written communication, good physical strength.
4. Document Verification and joining at allotted station.

Training (cost borne by AAICLAS for first attempt only): AVSEC Induction (5 days), 3 months on-job at Airport/RA, AVSEC BASIC Course (14 days), 1 month airport OJT, Screener pre-certification course (3 days), BCAS Testing & Certification (2 days).

5. Upload Matriculation/HSC certificate, Graduation degree and mark-sheet, Caste/Category certificate (if any), Aadhaar Card, recent passport-size colour photo (max 20KB), scanned signature (max 20KB).

Selected candidates must provide a surety bond of Rs. 1,50,000 on Rs. 100 non-judicial stamp paper, refundable if you complete the 3-year contract.

• Identify suspicious or prohibited items as per BCAS aviation security protocols
• Carry out security functions at airports and cargo complexes
• Follow AVSEC procedures and standard operating procedures of the airport operator
• Work in rotating shifts including night duty as per operational needs
• Maintain proper logs and screening records during your duty
• Coordinate with airport security and law-enforcement teams when needed
• Attend mandatory AVSEC refresher courses and certifications
