Procurement Manager (DM03):
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in any engineering discipline from a recognized university with 60% marks.
QA Manager (DM04):
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in any engineering discipline from a recognized university with 50% marks.
OHSE Manager (DM05):
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in any engineering discipline from a recognized university with 50% marks.
SC/ST/OBC candidates will be treated on par with UR criteria for posts with no reservation (Post 1 and Post 2). Degrees must be recognized by an Indian university under the UGC Act, 1956. Academic/teaching/research experience will not count as relevant industrial experience.
Experience Required
- All posts require a minimum of 10 years of total post-qualification industrial experience.
- Deputy Project Manager: At least 7 years of relevant experience in telecom system design, project coordination, stakeholder management, or metro rail systems.
- Cyber Security Expert: At least 5 years of relevant experience in information security, cyber security networks, vulnerability assessment, or working on national/international projects.
- Procurement Manager: At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, contract administration, or purchase of telecom systems in railway/metro/LRT projects.
- QA Manager: At least 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance of telecom systems in railway/metro/LRT projects.
- OHSE Manager: At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Safety Officer or in-charge in railway/metro/LRT systems.
Candidates with metro rail experience and relevant certifications (PMP, CCISO, CISSP, CSQP, CSSGB, CMQ, ISO 9001 auditor, OHSE certifications) will be given preference.
Age Limit
- Maximum age: 40 years (as on 01 March 2026).
- OBC (NCL): 3 years relaxation (up to 43 years).
- SC/ST: 5 years relaxation (up to 45 years).
- For unreserved posts (Post 1 and 2), SC/ST/OBC candidates will follow UR age criteria.
Salary
- Pay Scale: Rs. 60,000-3%-1,80,000. Your basic pay at the time of joining will be Rs. 60,000 per month.
- In addition to basic pay, you will receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and 35% of basic pay as Perquisites.
- Other benefits include Performance Related Pay (PRP), Group Insurance, Medical Facilities, and Provident Fund as per BEL rules.

Selection Process
- Written Test: Objective type questions worth 85 marks covering Technical Domain and General Aptitude. UR/OBC/EWS candidates need 35% qualifying marks and SC/ST candidates need 30% qualifying marks.
- Personal Interview: Only candidates who qualify the written test will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:7 (in order of merit in each category) for the interview.
For posts with no reservation (Post 1 and 2), all categories follow UR qualifying marks (35%). Written test details will be sent via email. Outstation interview candidates get AC Chair Car / III Tier AC fare reimbursement (no travel reimbursement for written test).

Responsibilities
- Manage project coordination, hardware sizing, and solution proposals for telecom and metro rail projects assigned by BEL.
- Handle stakeholder management, contractor interfacing, and preparation of interface agreements and supporting documentation.
- Oversee procurement activities including contract administration, purchase orders, and vendor interactions for project requirements.
- Monitor quality assurance processes, verify work schedules, prepare project quality documentation, and ensure compliance with QA guidelines.
- Manage information security systems, establish cyber security networks, discover vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare and validate safety plans, coordinate safety activities across subsystems, and manage hazard logs for metro rail construction areas.
- Assist the Project Manager by providing leadership, making strategic decisions, and reporting project progress to clients and stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
BE/B.Tech in relevant engineering discipline from a recognized university with 50-60% marks
Preferred Qualification
PMP, CCISO, CISSP, CSQP, CSSGB, CMQ, ISO 9001 auditor, or equivalent certifications. Experience in modern urban metro rail systems preferred.
