Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Navi Mumbai Unit, is hiring 1 Management Industrial Trainee (Finance) through a walk-in interview. BEL is a leading Navratna Defence Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. The training period is 1 year (extendable up to 3 years) with a monthly stipend of Rs. 25,000. The walk-in interview is on 15 April 2026.

BEL Management Industrial Trainee Recruitment 2026 — 1 Post

BEL Navi Mumbai has released Notification No. 17000/04/HR/NAMU/01 dated 31 March 2026 for 1 Management Industrial Trainee (Finance) position for the year 2026-27. This is a great opportunity for ICWA Inter or CA Inter qualified candidates to gain hands-on experience in finance at one of India's most respected defence electronics companies.

Who Can Apply?

• Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible
• Qualification: Must have passed ICWA Inter (CMA Inter) or CA Inter
• You must hold the ICWA Inter pass / CA Inter pass certificate issued by the competent authority
• Candidates who have acquired higher qualifications are not eligible
• Candidates without the ICWA Inter pass or CA Inter pass certificate are not eligible

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 25 years as on 01 March 2026
• SC/ST candidates: 5 years relaxation (up to 30 years)
• OBC candidates: 3 years relaxation (up to 28 years)
• Persons with Disabilities (PwD): 10 years relaxation (up to 35 years)

Stipend

• 1st Year: Rs. 25,000 per month
• 2nd Year: Rs. 27,000 per month
• 3rd Year: Rs. 30,000 per month

The initial training period is 1 year. Based on your performance, it can be extended for 2 more years (maximum total of 3 years). Canteen facility is available on a chargeable basis. Transport and hostel accommodation are not provided.

Selection Process

1. Walk-in Interview: Selection is based entirely on your performance in the interview. There is no written exam.
2. Document Verification: You must carry original certificates at the time of the interview.

Reservation will be applied as per Government of India norms. Selected candidates will be informed through email, and the list will be published on the BEL website.

• Handle day-to-day finance and accounting operations under the guidance of senior management
• Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and cost analysis reports
• Work on cost accounting, auditing, and financial reconciliation tasks
• Prepare reports on expenditure tracking, variance analysis, and budget compliance
• Follow BEL's internal financial policies, procedures, and Government accounting standards
• Assist in statutory compliance related to taxation, GST filing, and audit documentation
• Manage documentation and record-keeping for finance-related transactions
