The Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS), Station HQ ECHS Cell Bhusawal under the Ministry of Defence has invited applications to fill 4 contractual positions at its polyclinics in Jalgaon and Buldana districts of Maharashtra. The posts include Pharmacist, Dental Assistant/Technician/Hygienist, Clerk, and Peon. The contract is for one year, renewable for an additional year based on performance. Ex-Servicemen and candidates with armed forces background are encouraged to apply.

Who Can Apply?

Pharmacist (Rs. 36,500/month):

• Qualification: B.Pharm from a recognized institute, OR 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology from a recognized board along with an approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India
• Registration: You must be registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience

Dental Assistant/Technician/Hygienist (Rs. 36,500/month):

• Qualification: Diploma Holder in Dental Hygiene, OR Class 1 DH, OR DORA Courses (Armed Forces)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience in a dental laboratory

Clerk (Rs. 29,200/month):

• Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university, OR Class 1 Clerical Trade (Armed Forces)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience
• Desirable: Computer qualifications and experience of more than 10 years

Peon (Rs. 21,800/month):

• Qualification: Class 8 pass, OR GD Trade for Armed Forces personnel
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience

Note: Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen for all posts. 70% of posts are reserved for Ex-Servicemen.

Age Limit

• Pharmacist: Maximum 56 years for employment, up to 58 years for contractual engagement
• Dental A/T/H: Maximum 56 years for employment, up to 58 years for contractual engagement
• Clerk: No specific age limit mentioned for contractual employment
• Peon: Maximum 53 years for employment, up to 55 years for contractual engagement
• Age is calculated as on 01 April of the upcoming year as per date of birth records

Salary

• Pharmacist: Fixed remuneration of Rs. 36,500 per month
• Dental A/T/H: Fixed remuneration of Rs. 36,500 per month
• Clerk: Fixed remuneration of Rs. 29,200 per month
• Peon: Fixed remuneration of Rs. 21,800 per month
• Note: Contractual employees are not entitled to government allowances or financial benefits. The working hours are 48 hours per week (8 hours x 6 days), with Sunday as a holiday.

Selection Process

Selection will be done through a single stage:

1. Interview: The date of interview will be communicated later through email or telephone. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience. You must bring all original documents at the time of interview for verification.

Selected candidates will need to complete 10 days of unpaid On-the-Job Training (OJT) and get a certificate from the Officer-in-Charge Polyclinic before signing the contract.
