The Teaching Faculty contract runs for 1 year (extendable), while Senior Resident appointments are for up to 3 years under the ESIC Residency Scheme.

Who Can Apply?

Teaching Faculty (Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor)

• Qualification: As per NMC Medical Institutions (Qualifications of Faculty) Regulations, 2025 dated 05.07.2025 (Gazette of India, F.No. N-P051(12)/18/2024-PGMEB-NM dated 30.06.2025).
• Registration: You must be registered with MCI/NMC or any State Medical Council before joining.
• Note: Retired Professors can be considered against Associate Professor posts (and will get Professor salary) if no regular candidate is found. The same rule applies for Associate Professor against Assistant Professor vacancies.

Senior Resident (3 Years)

• Qualification: PG degree in Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Master of Surgery (MS) or Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in the concerned specialty.
• You must fulfill all NMC/NBE statutory requirements.
• Valid registration with MCI/NMC or any State Medical Council is mandatory.

Age Limit (as on Date of Interview)

• Teaching Faculty: Age not exceeding 69 years
• Senior Residents: Age not exceeding 45 years
• Age relaxation (SR posts): 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates
• Reference date: Age will be counted as on 16 April 2026 (date of interview)

Salary & Allowances

• Professor: Rs. 2,39,086/- per month (consolidated)
• Associate Professor: Rs. 1,55,093/- per month (consolidated)
• Assistant Professor: Rs. 1,34,047/- per month (consolidated)
• Senior Resident: Rs. 1,34,047/- per month (Basic Pay Rs. 67,700 at Level 11 + NPA pre-revised + admissible allowances)
• Teaching Faculty also get Transport Allowance + DA on transport allowance as per rules
• Retired officers: Pension from previous employment will not be deducted from consolidated pay
• No private practice is allowed during ESIC service

Selection Process

Selection is purely interview-based — there is no written exam.

1. Document Verification: Report at ESIC MCH Alwar between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM on 16 April 2026 with original certificates
2. Walk-in Interview: Conducted by the Selection Board at Conference Hall, Ground Floor, ESIC MCH, Alwar. Selection is made on the basis of your interview performance
3. Result: Published on www.esic.gov.in and Notice Board, Ground Floor, ESICMCH Alwar
4. Joining: Selected candidates must join immediately or as per the schedule given in the offer letter

Important: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk-in interview. Candidates working in Central/State Government, PSUs or autonomous bodies must bring a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.
