Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK), one of India's top-ranked management institutes located in the scenic hills of Kozhikode, Kerala, is looking for 1 Hostel Warden (Female) on contract. This is a re-notification of the earlier advertisement C-48/2025-IIMK.HR dated 21.08.2025 which was cancelled. The new notification number is C-23/2026-IIMK.HR dated 23.03.2026. Only female candidates with strong administrative background and trilingual proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam are eligible to apply.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You need a Graduation degree or its equivalent from a recognised university.
• Experience: You must have a minimum of 15 years of relevant administrative experience.
• Language Skills: You must be able to write and speak effectively in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
• Communication: Good communication skills are essential for this role.
• Physical Fitness: You must be healthy and physically agile.
• Gender: This post is open only for female candidates.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 60 years

Salary

• Selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 55,000 per month.
• This is a contract position at IIM Kozhikode.
