- You will also get Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA), and other allowances as per Maharashtra Government rules.
- The total in-hand salary with all allowances can be significantly higher than the basic pay.

Selection Process

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient and inpatient medical care to patients at government medical colleges and hospitals
- Conduct clinical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and prescribe appropriate treatments
- Assist senior doctors and professors during surgeries, ward rounds, and emergency duties
- Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation as per hospital protocols
- Participate in teaching and training of medical students and interns at the college
- Work in shifts including night duty, emergency duty, and on-call duty as assigned
- Follow infection control guidelines and standard medical procedures at all times
- Contribute to public health programmes and medical camps organized by the state government

Minimum Qualification
MBBS Degree from a recognized university with Maharashtra Medical Council registration
Required Skills
Clinical diagnosis and patient care, knowledge of medical sciences, proficiency in Marathi
