Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer / Deputy Director (Group-A):
- You must be an Ex-Serviceman who has ceased to serve in the Armed Forces of the Union.
- You should have held the rank of Major or above in the Army, or an equivalent rank in the Navy or Air Force.
- If officers of the required rank are not available, candidates holding the rank of Lieutenant and above (or equivalent) may also be considered.

Motor Vehicle Prosecutor (Group-A):
- You need a Degree in Law from a recognised university.
- You must have a minimum of 7 years of practice as an Advocate.
Deputy Executive Health Officer (Group-B, MCGM):

Responsibilities
- Handle administrative functions of the Zilla Sainik Welfare Office and coordinate welfare activities for ex-servicemen and their families
- Manage resettlement and rehabilitation programs for retired armed forces personnel at the district level
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on welfare schemes, pension cases, and grievance redressal to higher authorities
- Assist ex-servicemen and their dependents in availing government benefits, scholarships, and financial assistance
- Coordinate with state and central government agencies on matters related to defence personnel welfare
- Monitor implementation of policies related to motor vehicle prosecution, public health, and hospital administration as per the respective post
- Oversee compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to the assigned department
