Work Details
Legal Resource Work
- Delayed Payment Cases: Assist the MSEFC in delayed payment references, including matters filed through the Online Dispute Resolution portal.
- Legal Process Support: Help the council with legal processes, case summaries, settlement agreements, daily orders, notices, awards, and arbitral awards.
- Legal Research: Track relevant law, court decisions, and MSMED Act-related issues needed for council matters.
- Court Case Support: Assist with cases filed against or involving the Facilitation Council before different courts.
Office/Secretarial Resource Work
- Daily Office Support: Assist MSEFC Tarn Taran in routine council work, files, documents, and information records.
- ODR Portal Support: Help parties and MSEs file delayed payment cases on the ODR portal.
- Data Entry: Enter old and current delayed payment case data and support Excel-based data processing.
- Portal Issue Support: Help the council and MSEs with ODR portal-related office coordination.
