Selection Process

Selection is straightforward and entirely merit-based, followed by an Interview/Viva-Voce carrying 20 marks. You need a minimum of 7 marks in the interview to qualify. The Selection Committee comprises the Executive Chairman of MSLSA or Hon'ble Judges nominated by the Chief Justice of Bombay High Court. The final recommended list goes to the Chief Justice for approval, so the process is transparent and judicially supervised.

Interviews may be conducted physically at Bombay High Court premises or virtually -- candidates can choose their preferred mode. If you opt for the virtual interview, you must be present at a DLSA office in Maharashtra during the session.

Documents You Will Need

• Proof of Identity -- Aadhaar, PAN, Election Card, or any State Government-approved identity card
• Date of Birth Certificate -- School Leaving Certificate or SSC Board Certificate will work
• Educational Qualification Certificates -- your degree and mark sheets
• Experience Documents -- proof of your work in Public Utility Services (this is critical for eligibility)
• Medical Fitness Certificate -- issued by a Civil Surgeon or District Medical Officer
