Ordnance Factory Bhusawal Executive (Finance & Accounts) Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

Ordnance Factory Bhusawal, a unit of Yantra India Limited (YIL), is a Schedule 'A' Defence Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence. The factory is located in Bhusawal, District Jalgaon, Maharashtra, and specialises in manufacturing ammunition hardware, fuses, rocket launchers, composites, and various ferrous and non-ferrous castings. This is a fixed-term contract position for 2 years, extendable up to 4 years based on performance. The factory currently uses Informix RDBMS, MySQL, FoxPro, PHP, and Tally software for its accounting operations, so you will work directly with these systems.

  • Qualification: You must be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI).

  • Nationality: Indian citizens only.

Age Limit

Salary

  • First and Second Year: Rs. 1,00,000 per month (fixed/consolidated)
  • Third and Fourth Year: Rs. 1,10,000 per month (fixed)
  • Accommodation: Company quarters may be provided if available. Water, electricity, and other charges will be deducted as per rules. No HRA will be paid.
  • Leave: You will get 1.5 days of leave for every completed month of service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all finance and accounting operations of Ordnance Factory Bhusawal, including billing, vouchers, and inventory management on the Informix RDBMS platform.
  • Maintain books of accounts in the required format and prepare periodical reports and returns as per Ind-AS and the Companies Act 2013.
  • Prepare and verify accounting entries for receipts, payments, expenses, revenue, and sales on a regular basis.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements including Notes to Accounts by the 8th of each succeeding month.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits, CAG audits, and ad-hoc audits by banks or financial institutions.
  • Manage all income tax, GST, and professional tax compliance, along with direct and indirect tax-related work.
  • Assist in financial planning, forecasting, treasury management, and working capital management for factory operations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, prepare financial disclosure checklists, and maintain the internal financial control framework.

Minimum Qualification

CA (ICAI) or CMA (ICMAI) with 2 years post-qualification experience

Preferred Qualification

Experience in financial management, Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), auditing, taxation, and Tally software

Required Skills
