Who Can Apply?

For Manager, Junior Manager, Assistant Manager (General & Computer) — Category-1 & 2:

• You must have a Bachelor's degree (Commerce/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics or any relevant stream) with at least 55% marks from a recognised university
• A valid CCC or 'O' Level computer certificate from NIELIT (or equivalent) is mandatory
• For Assistant Manager (Computer): B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or BCA/MCA is required
• For Manager/JM: BBA/MBA in Banking/Finance or a Diploma in Co-operative Management is preferred

For Assistant Engineer (Civil/Electrical) — Category-2:

• You must have a B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Electrical Engineering from a recognised university

For Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical), Accountant, Assistant Accountant — Category-3:

• Junior Engineer: Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering from a recognised polytechnic or institution
• Accountant: B.Com (Honours) or M.Com from a recognised university
• Assistant Accountant: B.Com or equivalent from a recognised university

For Clerical Posts — Assistant/Cashier, Clerk, Junior Assistant, Stenographer, Typist — Category-3:

• You must have a Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university
• A valid CCC or 'O' Level computer certificate from NIELIT is required
• For Stenographer posts: additionally requires stenography speed as per the proficiency test
• For Typist posts: a typing speed test will be conducted as a proficiency qualification

Note: You must possess all required qualifications by the last date of application (15 May 2026). If you are currently appearing in a qualifying exam, you are NOT eligible.

Age Limit

• You should be between 21 and 40 years old as on 1 January 2026 (born between 1 January 1986 and 1 January 2005)
• Maximum age for Divyangjan (PwD): 55 years (born on or after 1 January 1971)
• SC/ST, OBC, Outstanding Sports Persons, State Government Employees (UP), and employees of UP Basic Education Council/aided secondary schools: 5 years relaxation (must not have been born before 1 January 1981)
• Divyangjan of UP: Maximum 15 years additional relaxation
• Ex-Servicemen (Emergency Commissioned/Short Service Commissioned): Age relaxation equal to military service period + 3 years
• Reserved category candidates who are NOT natives of Uttar Pradesh will be treated as Unreserved category for age and fee purposes

• Manager (Category-1): Various pay scales depending on the bank — from Rs. 2,900 to Rs. 88,000 per month (varies by institution)
• Junior Manager (Category-2): Pay scales ranging from Rs. 2,520 to Rs. 82,100 per month depending on the bank
• Assistant Manager (General), Assistant Manager (Computer): Pay Scale (Minimum): Rs. 43,890, (Maximum): Rs. 89,285 per month
• Assistant Engineer (Civil/Electrical) — Level-10: Pay Scale (Minimum): Rs. 56,100, (Maximum): Rs. 1,77,500 per month

Selection Process

The selection process varies by post category:

For Category-1 (Manager) and Category-2 posts:

1. Preliminary Examination (if required): 100 questions, 100 marks, 90 minutes. Conducted online (MCQ). Negative marking: 1/4 mark per wrong answer. Up to 15x vacancies will qualify.
2. Main Examination: 120 questions, 200 marks, 120 minutes. Online MCQ. Negative marking: 1/4 mark per wrong answer. Up to 3x vacancies called for interview.
3. Interview (Personality Test): For Category-1 and Category-2 posts. Up to 3x vacancies per post are called.

For Category-3 posts:

1. Preliminary Examination (if required): 100 questions, 100 marks, 90 minutes. Online MCQ. Negative marking: 1/4 mark per wrong answer.
2. Main Examination: 120 questions, 200 marks, 120 minutes. Online MCQ. Negative marking: 1/4 mark per wrong answer.
3. Proficiency Test / Skill Test (where applicable): For posts requiring typing/stenography. Up to 5x vacancies called for proficiency test.

Minimum Efficiency Standard: 35% for SC/ST and 40% for all other categories in the Main Examination. Marks from the Preliminary Examination are NOT counted in final merit.

3. Click "Click here for New Registration" and enter your name, contact details, and email ID.
4. Note down the temporary registration number and password sent to your email/SMS.
5. Log in and fill in the online application form. Select your post/institution preference order carefully — this cannot be changed later.
6. Upload your recent passport-size photo (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm), signature, left-hand thumb impression, and handwritten declaration.
7. Pay the application fee online using debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, or IMPS.
8. Click "Submit" and take a printout of the completed application form and fee receipt for your records.

• Handle cash transactions, account maintenance, and customer service at the cooperative bank counter
• Prepare and verify financial reports, vouchers, and ledger entries as per bank norms
• Manage loan processing, disbursement, and recovery work for agricultural and non-agricultural borrowers
• Assist senior managers in day-to-day banking and administrative operations
• Maintain branch registers, records, and compliance documents accurately
• Monitor and report overdue loan accounts and work on NPA reduction
• For engineering posts: supervise construction/electrical projects, prepare estimates, and inspect site work
