All India Institute of Medical Sciences Bilaspur (AIIMS Bilaspur), a Central Autonomous Institute of National Importance under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, has announced a walk-in opportunity for 1 Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) position. This is a contractual role under an ICMR-funded research project titled "Holistic Lifestyle Intervention (Structured Vs Routine Care) In Adolescent Girls With Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome: A Randomized Controlled Trial" in the Department of Physiology. If you hold a postgraduate degree in Life Sciences and have experience in clinical data collection, this could be a great opportunity to work on meaningful health research at a premier medical institute in Himachal Pradesh.

Who Can Apply?

• Essential Qualification: You need a Post Graduate Degree in Life Sciences from a recognised university.
• Desirable Experience: At least 1 year of experience in clinical data collection.
• Computer Skills: You should have working knowledge of computer applications.
• Important: All educational and professional qualifications must be from a recognised Board or University and should be full-time courses.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 35 years as on the last date of advertisement (15 April 2026).

Salary

• You will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 56,000 plus House Rent Allowance (HRA) as admissible.
• The salary follows ICMR guidelines for project staff.

Selection Process

Selection will be done through a single stage:

1. Personal Interview: A selection committee will conduct the interview. You must appear on the scheduled date and time with your application form in the prescribed format along with all supporting documents.

Note: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview, including to SC/ST candidates.
