AIIMS Delhi Field Staff Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi, India's top-ranked medical institution, is hiring Field Staff for the National Mental Health Survey-2 (NMHS-2) project under Dr. Anand Krishnan, Professor of Community Medicine. This is a temporary position for 2.5 months (which may be extended) based out of Delhi and NCR. If you have a background in psychology, social work, or nursing and want to contribute to a landmark national mental health study, this is a great opportunity for you.

Who Can Apply?

• Essential Qualification: You need a graduation or post-graduation degree in psychology, social work, social sciences, or a nursing graduation from a recognised university.
• Desirable: Prior training in conducting NMHS-2 surveys will give you an advantage.
• Desirable: Working knowledge of mental health issues or having completed course work in mental health is preferred.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 35 years
• OBC: 3 years relaxation (up to 38 years)
• SC/ST: 5 years relaxation (up to 40 years)

Salary

• Selected candidate will receive Rs. 45,000 per month (consolidated, including HRA).
• This is a lump-sum payment with no separate allowances.

Selection Process

Selection will be done in the following stages:

1. Shortlisting: Only candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience.
