Who Can Apply?

Since these are deputation posts, only serving government employees from Central or State governments, universities, autonomous bodies, statutory organizations, research bodies, or public sector undertakings are eligible. Private candidates cannot apply.

For Medical Superintendent (Level 14):

  • Officers holding analogous posts in Central or State government with a Medical Qualification in Schedule I or II of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956
  • OR a post-graduate qualification such as MD, MS, or MHA recognized by the Medical Council of India
  • Experience: 10 years in Hospital Administration after PG degree, preferably in hospitals with 300+ beds

For Superintending Engineer (Level 13):

  • Officers holding analogous posts
  • OR Executive Engineers with 5 years regular service in Grade Pay Rs 7,600
  • OR Executive Engineers with 10 years regular service in Grade Pay Rs 6,600

For Registrar (Level 12):

  • Officers holding analogous posts with a graduate degree from a recognized university
  • 7 years experience of administration in a supervisory capacity in a university or teaching institution
  • Desirable: A postgraduate degree

For Nursing Superintendent (Level 11):

  • Officers holding analogous posts in State/Central Government or statutory/autonomous bodies
  • OR Deputy/Assistant Nursing Superintendent with 5 years regular service in Grade Pay Rs 5,400

For Group B Posts - Level 7 (AAO, Accounts Officer, Stores Officer, Librarian, Private Secretary):

  • Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis under Central/State/UT governments, universities, statutory or autonomous bodies
  • OR officers with 5 years regular service in Grade Pay Rs 4,200 in the relevant field
  • Librarian Grade-I additionally needs a Bachelor's degree in Library Science and 5 years experience in a Library of repute, plus computer proficiency

For Pharmacist Grade-I (Level 6):

  • Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis
  • OR officers with 6 years regular service as Pharmacist Grade-II in Grade Pay Rs 2,400

For Sanitation Officer (Level 6):

  • Officers of a 200-bedded hospital under Central/State/UT governments or public sector undertakings, holding analogous posts
  • OR officers with 6 years regular service in Grade Pay Rs 2,800

For Upper Division Clerk (Level 4):

  • Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis
  • OR officers with 8 years regular service in Grade Pay Rs 1,900 with a Degree from a recognized university
  • Must have computer proficiency
  • Must have typing speed of 35 WPM in English or 30 WPM in Hindi

Age Limit

  • Maximum age: 56 years as on the last date of receipt of application (13 April 2026)

  • Level 14: Rs 1,44,200 to Rs 2,18,200 per month + NPA (Medical Superintendent)

Selection Process

Since this is a deputation recruitment, there is no written exam. The selection process includes:
