- Drive business growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction in your area of work
- Manage P&L, budgets, and resource planning for your SBU or department (for managerial roles)
- Build and mentor teams to deliver on KPIs and Balmer Lawrie corporate goals
- Ensure compliance with Balmer Lawrie policies, PSU guidelines, and statutory requirements
- Coordinate with internal SBUs, corporate functions, and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, MIS, and presentations for senior management review
