Exam Pattern

There is no written exam for this recruitment. Selection is based entirely on academic merit calculated from your Matric, Intermediate, and Graduation marks.

Merit Calculation

  • Matric (10th): Full marks 1000, Weightage 30%
  • Intermediate (12th): Full marks 1000, Weightage 30%
  • Graduation: Full marks 1000, Weightage 40%
  • Total: Combined merit score out of 100%

How it works: Your percentage in each exam is multiplied by its weightage. For example, if you scored 65% in Matric, 47.5% in Intermediate, and 58.5% in Graduation, your merit score would be (65 x 0.30) + (47.5 x 0.30) + (58.5 x 0.40) = 19.50 + 14.25 + 23.40 = 57.15.

Computer Typing Requirement: You must be able to type at 20 words per minute in Hindi and 30 words per minute in English. Accuracy is mandatory. There are no marks for typing speed -- it is purely a qualifying criterion.
