DMRC Manager, Assistant Manager and Supervisor (Electrical) Recruitment 2026 - 37 Posts

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Ltd., a Joint Venture company of the Government of India and the Government of NCT of Delhi, has released advertisement DMRC/PERS/22/HR/2026 (228) dated 06 May 2026 to fill up 37 Electrical posts at Manager, Assistant Manager, and Supervisor levels. These posts are for the Jaipur Phase-II Project with work sites currently in Jaipur, Patna, and Delhi. Selection is through Personal Interview only - there is no written exam. Applications are invited from serving and retired Government/Railways/PSU/Metro employees.

• Manager (Electrical) and Assistant Manager (Electrical): 07 posts (combined)
• Supervisor/Electrical (SSE/SE/JE): 30 posts

Who Can Apply?

For Manager (Electrical) - Deputation

• You must be working in CDA Pay Level-11 (Rs. 67,700-2,08,700) as per the 7th CPC, or in IDA Pay Scale of Rs. 60,000-1,80,000, in any Government Organisation, Railways, PSU, or Metro
• You must have a total of 05 years experience at the Gazetted/Executive level

For Assistant Manager (Electrical) - Deputation

• You must be working in CDA Pay Level-10 (Rs. 56,100-1,77,500) or Level-09 (Rs. 53,100-1,67,800), or in IDA Pay Scale of Rs. 50,000-1,60,000
• You must have a total of 03 years experience at the Gazetted/Executive level

For Supervisor/Electrical (SSE/SE/JE) - Deputation

• You should be working in CDA/IDA pay scale in Supervisory grade on a regular basis in any Government Organisation, Railways, PSU, or Metro
• You must have a minimum of 05 years service at Supervisory level
• SSE: CDA Level-9 (Rs. 53,100-1,67,800) or Level-8 (Rs. 47,600-1,51,100), or IDA Rs. 50,000-1,60,000
• SE: CDA Level-7 (Rs. 44,900-1,42,400), or IDA Rs. 46,000-1,45,000
• JE: CDA Level-6 (Rs. 35,400-1,12,400), or IDA Rs. 37,000-1,15,000 or Rs. 40,000-1,25,000

Common Requirements

• You must have work experience in Traction, Rolling Stock, E&M, or General Services wings of the Electrical department
• You should be conversant with working in a computerised environment
• You must be free from D&AR and Vigilance angle
• Candidates in regular service can also apply for PRCE basis if they opt for VRS or retirement before joining DMRC

Age Limit

• For Deputation: Maximum 55 years
• For Post Retirement Contractual Engagement (PRCE): Minimum 55 years, Maximum 62 years
• All eligibility criteria shall be reckoned as on 01 May 2026

Salary

For candidates on Deputation: You will continue to draw your parent department pay plus deputation allowance as applicable.

For candidates on PRCE basis, consolidated monthly salary:

• Manager (Electrical): Rs. 96,600 per month (Delhi office), Rs. 1,06,300 per month (outstation)
• Assistant Manager (Electrical): Rs. 75,200 per month (Delhi office), Rs. 82,700 per month (outstation)
• Sr. Section Engineer (SSE): Rs. 72,600 per month (Delhi), Rs. 79,900 per month (outstation)
• Section Engineer (SE): Rs. 65,800 per month (Delhi), Rs. 72,300 per month (outstation)
• Junior Engineer (JE): Rs. 56,300 per month (Delhi), Rs. 61,900 per month (outstation)

Note: MACP benefits are not considered. Remuneration is based on the last substantive grade.

Selection Process

Selection is done in the following stages (no written exam):

1. For Deputation candidates: Personal Interview
2. For PRCE candidates: Personal Interview + Medical Fitness Examination

Medical category for AM/Manager on PRCE will be Executive/Technical. For Supervisor on PRCE, it will be Aye-one (A-1), not below Aye-three (A-3).

• Handle Electrical wing operations covering Traction, Rolling Stock, E&M, or General Services for the Jaipur Phase-II Project
• Manage planning, execution, and supervision of electrical works at project sites in Jaipur, Patna, and Delhi
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other project teams to meet project milestones
• Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards of DMRC
• Prepare technical reports, project updates, and review documents for senior management
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment
• Maintain proper records of electrical assets, maintenance schedules, and inspections
• Work in a computerised environment using DMRC's project management and tracking systems
