Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. (DMRC), a joint venture of the Government of India and the Government of the NCT of Delhi, has released advertisement DMRC/PERS/22/HR/2026 (229) dated 07 May 2026 for 3 posts of Executive (Legal) on direct recruitment basis. Selected candidates will initially be posted at Delhi/NCR but may be transferred to any DMRC office or project site in India or abroad. Out of 3 posts, 1 is reserved for PwBD candidates.

• Executive (Legal) - Post code 01/RE/Legal: 3 posts (Direct Recruitment, UR-03 with 1 post reserved for PwBD)

Vacancies are provisional and subject to increase or decrease.

Who Can Apply?

• Educational Qualification: Full-time 3-year LLB or 5-year integrated Law/LLB with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a Government recognised University/Institute
• CLAT Score: You must have qualified the Common Law Admission Test for Post-Graduation (CLAT-PG) 2026
• Nationality: Indian

Age Limit

• You should be between 18 and 32 years as on 01 May 2026
• PwBD Unreserved candidates: Upper age relaxation of 10 years
• Other reservation and age relaxation as per Government of India guidelines

Salary

• Pay Scale (IDA): Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,40,000 per month in E1 grade
• You will also get Perks, Lease/HRA, Medical benefits, EPF, Gratuity and Insurance as per DMRC rules
• Selected candidates serve a 2-year probation and must sign a Surety Bond of Rs. 3,00,000 plus training cost for minimum 3 years of service

Selection Process

Selection will be done in 3 stages:

1. CLAT PG 2026 Score (70% weightage): Candidates will be shortlisted for GD/Interview in 1:5 ratio per category based on CLAT 2026 PG marks
2. Group Discussion (10% weightage): GD has no qualifying marks but contributes to the final score
3. Personal Interview (20% weightage): Qualifying marks - 40% for UR and 30% for reserved category candidates
4. Medical Fitness Examination (Executive/Non-Technical category): As per DMRC norms

There is no separate written exam - CLAT PG 2026 scores are used for shortlisting. Final score = (70% CLAT) + (10% GD) + (20% Interview).

How to Apply

1. Download the application format (Annexure I) from the DMRC website at www.delhimetrorail.com.
2. Fill in the application form in capital letters with all details (personal, educational, CLAT PG 2026 score, work experience).
3. Attach copies of: CLAT PG 2026 score card, education certificates, age proof, category proof (if applicable), photo ID, work experience certificates, NOC (if currently in Govt/PSU), and APARs of last 5 years (if applicable).
4. Send the completed application by Speed Post to: General Manager (HR)/Project, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd., Metro Bhawan, Fire Brigade Lane, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi.
5. OR email scanned copies of the form and documents to career@dmrc.org (mention post name and Advt. No. in the subject).
6. Application must reach DMRC by 28 May 2026. Government/PSU candidates must apply through proper channel with Vigilance and D&AR clearance.

• Draft contracts, briefs, notices, memoranda, circulars and other legal documents
• Prepare correspondence, orders, reports and other legal forms for DMRC operations
• Attend lawsuits in courts in Delhi and other locations as required
• Check documents and papers for compliance and correctness
• Conduct arbitration and mediation services on behalf of the Corporation
• Offer legal advice to DMRC management on contracts, projects and operations
• Support project sites and other DMRC offices with legal opinions and clearances
