Who Can Apply?

Principal Chief Consultant

• Qualification: Master's degree in Accounting, MBA Finance, CA, ICWA or relevant subject with at least 60% from a recognised university.
• Experience: You need 10 years post-qualification experience in finance and procurement in school education.

Chief Consultant and Senior Consultant Posts

• Qualification: Master's degree, B.Tech, MBA or 2-year PG Diploma in the relevant area, generally with at least 60% where specified.
• Experience: Chief Consultant posts need 8 years post-qualification experience. Senior Consultant posts need 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Preferred profile: M.Phil., Ph.D., research experience, publications and additional qualifications are preferred for several areas.

Consultant Posts

• Qualification: Master's degree, B.Tech, MBA, LLB, B.Sc Data Science, PG Diploma or relevant professional degree as per the advertised area.
• Experience: Most Consultant posts need 3 years post-qualification experience in the relevant area.
• Skills: Good communication, MS Office, data handling, documentation and presentation skills are required.

Project Associate

• Qualification: B.Tech, postgraduate degree, 2-year postgraduate diploma from a recognised institute, or a 4-year graduate course in any field.
• Experience: The notification does not state a separate minimum experience requirement for Project Associate.

Age Limit

• Principal Chief Consultant: maximum 55 years
• Chief Consultant: maximum 45 years
• Senior Consultant: maximum 40 years
• Consultant: maximum 35 years

Salary

• Principal Chief Consultant: Rs. 1,50,000 to Rs. 2,00,000 per month
• Chief Consultant: Rs. 1,20,000 to Rs. 1,50,000 per month
• Senior Consultant: Rs. 1,00,000 to Rs. 1,20,000 per month
• Consultant: Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 1,00,000 per month
• Project Associate: Rs. 70,000 per month
• Allowances: the fee range is consolidated and inclusive of all allowances.

Selection Process (No Written Exam Mentioned)

Selection will be based on academic/professional qualifications, post-qualification experience and interview, as decided by EdCIL depending on the number of eligible applicants.
