Who Can Apply?

This recruitment is only for Persons with Disabilities (PwBD) with a minimum 40% disability. The eligible disability types are OH (Orthopedically Handicapped), VH (Visually Handicapped), HH (Hearing Handicapped), and MH (Mentally Handicapped).

For Junior Assistant (DSC)

  • Qualification: Any Degree from a recognized university
  • Computer Proficiency: Must pass the Proficiency in Office Automation with usage of Computers and Associates Software Test
  • Candidates must have their name registered at the Employment Exchange

For Typist (DSC)

  • Qualification: Any Degree from a recognized university
  • Typing Skills: Must have typing proficiency in English and Telugu
  • For ODSC Ministerial Typist posts: candidates must have typing skills as per norms — speed marks of 20 marks for typing speed, 20 marks for accuracy, and 10 marks for seniority

For Office Subordinate & Watchman (ODSC)

  • Qualification: 7th Class pass
  • Must be registered at the Employment Exchange of erstwhile West Godavari District

Important: You must have a valid SADAREM Medical Certificate confirming your disability percentage. Only candidates with a disability of 40% or more can apply. Children (sons and unmarried daughters) of ex-servicemen who meet the disability criteria are also eligible.

  • Assist in office administration tasks including filing, dispatching, and record keeping (Junior Assistant/Typist)
  • Work on typing official communications in English and Telugu as per department requirements (Typist)
  • Keep the office premises clean, manage basic office maintenance tasks, and deliver files between sections (Office Subordinate)
  • Monitor office premises and ensure security during and after office hours (Watchman)
  • Follow instructions from senior officers and assist in day-to-day office operations
