ESIC SSH Hyderabad Faculty Recruitment 2026 - 7 Posts

Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) is looking to fill 7 teaching faculty positions on a contractual basis at its Super Specialty Hospital in Sanathnagar, Hyderabad. These openings span 6 super specialty departments including Neurology, Neuro-Surgery, Radiology, Urology, Paediatric Surgery, and Anaesthesia with Surgical SS. Selection is through walk-in interview only — there is no written exam. Medical professionals holding DM, M.Ch, MD, MS, or equivalent DNB qualifications should consider this opportunity.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must meet the eligibility criteria as per Medical Institutions (Qualifications of Faculty) Regulations 2025 issued by NMC (Gazette Notification dated 30-06-2025).
• Equivalence: DNB (Diplomat of National Board) in broad and super specialty qualifications from institutions with 500+ beds is considered equivalent to MD/MS and DM/M.Ch respectively. For other institutions, an additional one year of senior residency is needed.
• Medical Council Registration: You must hold a valid registration with the concerned Medical Council.
• Higher Eligibility: If you have qualifications for a higher post (Professor/Associate Professor), you can also appear for a lower post (Associate Professor/Assistant Professor). Suitable up-gradation will be considered if selected.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 69 years (as on the date of walk-in interview).
• No person can serve as faculty beyond the age of 70 years.

Salary

• Professor: Rs. 2,56,671 per month (consolidated)
• Associate Professor: Rs. 1,70,681 per month (consolidated)
• Assistant Professor: Rs. 1,46,638 per month (consolidated)
• The consolidated salary includes NPA@20%, DA@58%, and HRA@27%.
• You will also get transport allowance with DA as per rules.
• Non-medical faculty will get the same salary minus the NPA component.

Application Fee

• No application fee is required for this walk-in interview.
• Caution Deposit: Selected candidates must submit a Demand Draft of Rs. 1,00,000 drawn in favour of "ESI Savings Fund Acct. No.1" payable at Hyderabad as a refundable security deposit at the time of joining.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is through walk-in interview only:

1. Document Verification: Report one hour before your scheduled interview time. Only candidates whose documents are verified will be allowed to attend the interview.
2. Walk-in Interview: You will appear before the Selection Board. Selection is based entirely on your performance in the interview.
3. Medical Examination: Appointment is subject to being declared medically fit by the competent Medical Board.

• Provide clinical care to patients in OPD, IPD, and emergency services at the hospital
• Conduct and supervise surgical procedures, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment plans within the department
• Guide postgraduate students in dissertations, research projects, and academic activities
• Participate in academic programmes, seminars, CMEs, and departmental meetings
• Maintain clinical records, discharge summaries, and medical documentation
• Follow hospital protocols, safety guidelines, and NMC regulations at all times
• Mark attendance daily on Aadhar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS)/FRAS
