Who Can Apply?

Part Time Specialist (Orthopedic Surgeon):

• Qualification: MBBS with Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS) or DNB from a recognised university
• Experience: At least 3 years of post-PG experience in the concerned specialty
• OR: PG Diploma from a recognised university with at least 5 years of post-PG experience in the specialty

Dental Surgeon:

• Qualification: BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years experience as a Dental Surgeon

Speciality Medical Officer (Surgery / Orthopedics):

• Qualification: MBBS with Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS) or DNB from a recognised university
• OR: PG Diploma from a recognised university

Medical Officer:

• Qualification: MBBS from a recognised university
• Registration: Must be registered with MCI or State Medical Council

All candidates are expected to have basic computer knowledge.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 69 years (as on the date of interview, i.e., 02 April 2026)
• No minimum age specified
• Age relaxation for reserved categories as per Government of Maharashtra rules

Salary

• Part Time Specialist: Rs. 85,600 per month for 4-hour sessions, 6 days a week. You will also get an additional Rs. 15,000 per month for performing emergency calls
• Dental Surgeon: Rs. 75,000 per month (duty hours 9 AM to 4 PM, 6 days a week)
• Speciality Medical Officer: Rs. 85,000 per month
• Medical Officer: Rs. 75,000 per month

Note: No additional benefits like PF, pension, gratuity, or medical allowance will be given. These are purely contractual positions.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is based on:

1. Walk-in Interview: You need to appear in person at ESI Society Hospital, Mulund on 02 April 2026 between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. The selection committee will evaluate your qualifications and experience.
2. Document Verification: Your original certificates and documents will be checked at the time of the interview.

The Medical Superintendent reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel vacancies without giving any reason.
