Who Can Apply?

Junior Operation Manager (1 Post)

• Qualification: You need an MBBS or BDS degree, OR a Bachelor's Degree in Science along with a full-time regular MBA or MHA degree from a recognised university.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in managing hospital operations in a hospital with a minimum of 50 beds.

Fireman Cum Liftman (4 Posts)

• Qualification: You should have passed SSC (10th) or HSC (12th) along with a Certificate Course or Diploma/Degree in Fire Fighting from a recognised institute.
• Skills: Sound knowledge of fire safety techniques, good physical fitness, and smart physique are required.

Age Limit

• Maximum age for both posts: 30 years
• Age relaxation may be applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India rules.

Salary

• Junior Operation Manager: Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month (consolidated)
• Fireman Cum Liftman: Rs. 23,220 per month (consolidated)
• These are contract-based positions with salary as per hospital norms.

Selection Process

The selection will be done through the following stages:
