Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) is one of Asia's leading graduate schools of management and an Institute of National Importance under the IIM Act 2017. The institute is looking for an experienced professional to manage its green campus — covering landscaping, housekeeping operations, waste management, environmental sustainability, and safety compliance. This is a senior contractual role that requires hands-on management of vendors, support staff, and compliance with environmental regulations. Candidates with experience in large campuses, universities, or research institutions will have an advantage.

Who Can Apply?

Educational Qualification

• You must have a Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or Agriculture from a recognised university.
• Preferred: A Master's degree or specialisation in Environmental Management or Sustainability is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

• You need a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in campus management, horticulture, facility management, or environmental management.
• Experience in universities, research institutions, large campuses, or industrial facilities is desirable.

• Plan, develop, and maintain campus gardens, lawns, trees, and landscape areas across the institute

• Implement green campus initiatives and support environmental audits and sustainability certifications
