Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Section (HoS) or other senior officials with day-to-day administrative support
- Coordinate departmental activities including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing communication
- Maintain and organise departmental documents, files, and records systematically
- Handle HR-related administrative tasks such as RTI, parliamentary questions, Ministry data requests, recruitment processes, attendance monitoring, and leave management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis as required by departmental heads or higher authorities
- Follow regulatory requirements and institute guidelines to keep the department compliant
- Manage any other administrative duties assigned by the department head or higher authorities
