Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee), one of India's oldest and most prestigious technical institutions, has announced a project-based opening for 1 Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the supervision of Dr. Palas Kumar Farsoiya in the Department of Chemical Engineering. The research project is titled "Fundamental Investigations of Physicochemical Phenomena using DNS and Controlled Experiments" and is sponsored by ANRF. The selected candidate may also get an opportunity for PhD admission at IIT Roorkee -- making this an excellent stepping stone for research aspirants.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You need a B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Sc, or BS (4-year) degree in any discipline.
• Mandatory Requirement: You must have studied Mathematics as a subject at the undergraduate level.
• National Level Test: You must have qualified GATE, NET, JAM, or a similar national-level test.
• Preferred: Candidates with relevant research or industrial experience will have an added advantage.
• Nationality: Only Indian nationals can apply.

Age Limit
