Who Can Apply?

For Super Specialist Posts (Nephrologist, Cardiologist):

• Qualification: DM in Nephrology or DM in Cardiology from a recognised institution

For Specialist Posts (Gynaecologist, Pediatrician, Surgeon, etc.):

• Qualification: MD/MS/DNB or equivalent PG Diploma in the relevant speciality

For Medical Officer (MBBS):

• Qualification: MBBS degree from a recognised university with valid MCI/NMC registration

For Public Health Manager:

• Qualification: Any medical graduate (MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BUMS/BHM) with MPH/MHA/MBA in Health or BA in Health

For ANM:

• Qualification: ANM Certificate from a recognised institution

For X-Ray Technician:

• Qualification: 12th Pass + Diploma in Radiology/X-Ray Technology

For Peer Educator:

• Qualification: 12th Pass. Must be a Hepatitis B or C patient or relative of such a patient (as per State guidelines)

For Multipurpose Trainer:

• Qualification: ITI or Handicraft Trainer with a Vocational Certificate. 2 posts: 1 Male and 1 Female

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age (General/Open): 38 years
• Maximum age (Reserved categories): 43 years
• For Medical Officers and Specialists: Up to 70 years
• For other service provider posts: Up to 65 years
• Age Relaxation: Candidates already serving in NHM get 5 years relaxation in the maximum age limit

Salary

• Nephrologist & Cardiologist (Super Specialists): Rs. 1,25,000 per month
• Specialist Doctors (Gynaecologist, Pediatrician, Anaesthetist, Surgeon, Physician, Microbiologist): Rs. 75,000 per month
• Radiologist: Rs. 75,000 per month + On-call Rs. 400 per sonography (max Rs. 75,000/month)
• Medical Officer (MBBS): Rs. 60,000 per month
• Public Health Manager: Rs. 30,000 per month
• ANM: Rs. 18,000 per month
• X-Ray Technician: Rs. 17,000 per month
• Peer Educator: Rs. 8,000 per month
• Multipurpose Trainer: Daily wages Rs. 400 (Minimum 20 working days per month)

• Reserved Category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS): Rs. 100

Selection Process (Walk-in Interview)

Selection is through walk-in interview conducted at Zilla Parishad Nashik. There is no written exam for any post.

1. Document Verification: Your original documents and photocopies will be checked first
2. Interview (50 Marks): You will be evaluated on 5 parameters:
   • Subject Knowledge — 10 marks
   • Research and Academic Knowledge — 10 marks
   • Leadership Quality — 10 marks
   • Administrative Abilities — 10 marks
   • Experience — 10 marks (Govt experience: 2 marks per year, Private: 1 mark per year, max 10)
3. Merit List: Final selection based on qualifying exam marks + interview performance

For posts filled through qualifying exam marks (Sr. No. 12), the committee will assess last attempt qualifying exam marks + relevant subject scores + government/NHM experience.
