Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (TANUVAS) has released a walk-in interview notification for 2 Project Assistant posts under the research project titled "Clinical validation of homoeopathic oral sprays in parasitic and microbial diseases of cattle and dogs" (SC. No. 23348) at the Department of Veterinary Parasitology, Veterinary College and Research Institute, Salem - 636 112. The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. The project is funded by Dr Patels Homoeopathic Medicines Limited.

Who Can Apply?

• Essential Qualification: BVSc & AH / BSc in Agricultural Sciences / MSc in Life Sciences
• Desirable Experience: Experience of working in Animal Husbandry Projects
• Upper Age Limit: 40 years
• Working personnel must attend the interview with a No Objection Certificate from their present employer

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 40 years
• No minimum age mentioned in the notification

Salary

• Consolidated pay: Rs. 35,000 per month
• Duration: Six months (purely temporary, co-terminus with the project)
• No TA / DA will be paid for attending the written exam and interview

Selection Process

Selection happens in 2 stages:

1. Written Examination: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a written examination.
2. Interview: Followed by an interview on 3 June 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Department of Veterinary Parasitology, Veterinary College and Research Institute, Salem - 636 112.

Selection will be made purely on merit basis as per the norms of ASRR, TANUVAS, Chennai. Mere attendance at the interview does not guarantee appointment.
