Educational Qualification

• Junior Assistant, Junior Auditor, Supervisor, Ward Officer: Must hold a Bachelor's Degree from any recognized university in India
• Junior Accountant: Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university
• Junior Assistant (Food & Civil Supplies Corporation, P.C. 15): Graduate with 50% aggregate and above marks (SC/ST candidates need 40% and above)
• Junior Assistant (HMWS&SB, P.C. 61B - F&A): B.Com (Computers) degree required
• Matron/Matron-Cum-Storekeeper (P.C. 93): Only women candidates with a Bachelor's Degree are eligible

Domicile

• You must be a local candidate of Telangana State as per the local reservation rules
• Community certificates must be issued by the competent authority of Telangana Government

Age Relaxation

Selection Process

1. Written Examination (Objective Type): The exam has two papers — Paper 1 (General Knowledge, 150 questions, 150 marks, 150 minutes) and Paper 2 (Secretarial Abilities, 150 questions, 150 marks, 150 minutes). Total: 300 marks. Negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. The exam can be conducted as CBRT (Computer Based) or Offline OMR-based. Questions will be in Telugu, Urdu, and English.
2. Computer Proficiency Test (CPT): This is a qualifying test (not scored for merit) worth 50 marks. You will be tested on MS Word (20 marks), MS Excel (15 marks), MS PowerPoint (10 marks), and Internet & Email (5 marks).
3. Certificate Verification: Candidates who qualify the written exam will be called for document verification. Minimum qualifying marks: OC — 40%, BC — 35%, SC/ST — 30%.
