The Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC), which is the R&D wing of the Tata Memorial Centre under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, is looking for a Programmer to be placed on contract at their Kharghar, Navi Mumbai campus. The placement is through outsourced contractor A-1 Facility and Property Managers Pvt. Ltd. The contract is for 6 months, extendable based on requirement. This is a great opportunity if you are a .NET developer looking to work at one of India's premier cancer research institutions.

Who Can Apply?

Educational Qualification

• You need a B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. (IT / Computer Science) or equivalent degree from a Government-recognised university
• You must have scored at least 60% aggregate marks

Technical Skills Required

• .NET development — hands-on experience with C#, VB.NET, and the .NET Framework
• ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core MVC for web application development
• Frontend skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Good understanding of WCF / REST API and IIS configuration
• Proficient in SQL Server for database design, queries, and optimization
• Familiarity with architecture styles
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
• At least 1 year of professional experience in developing enterprise applications using ASP.NET MVC and C#

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 30 years
• Age may be relaxed based on experience

Salary

• Consolidated salary: Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month
• This is a contract role placed through an outsourced manpower contractor — salary is all-inclusive
• Contract duration: 6 months (extendable as per requirement)
