Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML), a Schedule 'A' Government of India Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, is hiring 78 Junior Executives for its Rail and Metro Production division in Bangalore under Advertisement No. KP/S/03/2026 dated 25 March 2026. BEML plays a key role in manufacturing metro coaches, rail coaches, and defence equipment for the country. Fresh engineering graduates with up to 2 years of experience can grab this opportunity to work in one of India's leading PSU companies.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You need a full-time BE/B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, Electrical and Electronics, Electronics and Telecommunication, or Instrumentation from a recognised university or institute.
• Marks: You should have secured First Class (60% marks or equivalent CGPA) in your engineering degree.
• Experience: You can apply if you are a fresher or have up to 2 years of experience in areas like Manufacturing, Production Control, R&D, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Maintenance, Furnishing, or Testing.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 29 years
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST candidates get 5 years relaxation, OBC-NCL candidates get 3 years, and PwBD candidates get 10 years relaxation as per government rules.

Salary

• This is a Fixed Term Contract position for a period of 4 years.
• 1st Year: Rs. 35,000 per month
• 2nd Year: Rs. 37,500 per month
• 3rd Year: Rs. 40,000 per month
• 4th Year: Rs. 43,000 per month
• You will also receive an annual lumpsum of Rs. 11,000 for conveyance, insurance, and uniform expenses.
• Medical and term life insurance coverage is also provided.

Selection Process

The selection will be done through the following stages:

1. Computer Based Test (CBT): The written exam will cover Technical/Professional Knowledge, Reasoning, and English. You will get 2 hours to complete the test. Qualifying marks are 60% for General/OBC/EWS and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
2. Document Verification: Candidates who clear the CBT will be called for verification of original certificates and documents.
3. Medical Examination: A medical fitness test will be conducted before final appointment.

Final selection will be based on merit in the Computer Based Test.
