Who Can Apply?

Educational Qualification (All Posts):

  • Mandatory: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. of India or Govt. bodies/AICTE.
  • Desirable: 2 years full-time Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Management. Regulatory certifications such as NISM/IRDA are preferred.

Work Experience:

  • AVP II - Group Head: You need at least 10 years of experience managing sales in Wealth Management, Retail Banking, or Investments in the financial services industry. You should have managed a large team of Relationship Managers and Team Leads at the Regional Level for at least 5 years.
  • AVP II - Territory Head: You need at least 6 years of experience in Relationship Management in Wealth Management, with a minimum of 2 years as a Team Lead.
  • Deputy Manager - Senior Relationship Manager: You need at least 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management with Public Banks, Private Banks, Foreign Banks, Broking Firms, Security Firms, or Asset Management Companies.
  • Deputy Manager - Wealth Strategist: You need at least 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager or Investment Counsellor in Wealth Management. You should have excellent knowledge of Investment Products, PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, and Insurance.

Note: Post-qualification experience of less than 6 months in any organization as on 01.03.2026 will not count. Experience in the Clerical cadre is not considered.

Other Requirements:

  • CIBIL Score: You must have a minimum CIBIL score of 680 at the time of joining.
  • Nationality: Indian citizens, subjects of Nepal/Bhutan, and Tibetan refugees are eligible.
  • You must be willing to serve anywhere in India.

Age Limit

Age is calculated as on 01 March 2026:

  • AVP II - Group Head: 31 to 45 years
  • AVP II - Territory Head: 27 to 40 years
  • Deputy Manager - Senior Relationship Manager: 24 to 35 years

Salary

  • Remuneration will be offered based on your qualifications, experience, overall suitability, last drawn salary, and market benchmark.
  • This is a contractual engagement as Officer on Contractual Basis (OCB) for an initial period of 5 years, which can be renewed for another 5 years based on performance.
  • The engagement is valid until the maximum age of 60 years or end of contract term, whichever is earlier.

Selection Process

  1. Application Scrutiny: Your application will be screened based on eligibility criteria, qualifications, and experience.
  2. Online Examination: A written test may be conducted. You need a minimum of 60% marks (UR category) and 55% marks (Reserved categories) in each section and overall to qualify for the next stage.
  3. Psychometric Test: This test assesses your personality, communication skills, problem-solving ability, innovativeness, and willingness to work anywhere in India.
  4. Personal Interview (PI): Shortlisted candidates from the online test will be called for a personal interview. The Bank decides the ratio for calling candidates.
  5. Document Verification: You must produce all original documents along with self-attested photocopies at the time of interview.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client relationships by managing wealth management portfolios for High Net Worth (HNW) clients with a minimum Total Relationship Value of Rs. 30 lakh.
  • Drive revenue generation on Liabilities and Wealth Management products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, and Insurance.
  • Manage sales strategy by designing market and sales strategies for the affluent customer segment in line with corporate vision and plan.
  • Ensure compliance by adhering to all KYC/AML norms, regulatory requirements, and legal compliance standards at all times.
  • Acquire new clients by converting referral leads, conducting research on target prospects, and setting appointments with potential customers.
  • Monitor portfolio performance through regular rebalancing, reviews, and tracking of investment outcomes across all product lines.
  • Mentor team members by coaching Relationship Managers and Customer Service Executives to achieve their KRAs and outperform benchmarks.
  • Organize client engagement events to strengthen existing relationships and generate new business development opportunities through referrals.
