Who Can Apply?

Educational Qualification

• Minimum: MBBS degree from any university recognized by the Medical Council of India (Allopathic system)
• Preferred: Post Graduate Degree in General Medicine

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience practicing Allopathic medicine in any hospital or clinic as a Medical Practitioner

Other Requirements

• You must have your dispensary or residence within 3-5 km of the RBI dispensary where you will be posted
• SC/ST candidates must submit caste certificates in the prescribed format issued by the designated authority
• Your caste/community name and spelling must exactly match the central government's notified lists

Salary and Compensation

• Hourly remuneration: Rs 1,000 per hour
• Maximum weekly hours: Up to 30 hours per week (across all dispensaries)
• Estimated monthly pay: Up to Rs 1,30,000 (at 30 hours/week)
• Conveyance allowance: Rs 1,000 per month (deducted from monthly remuneration)
• Mobile reimbursement: Rs 1,000 per month
• Holiday compensation: Rs 1,000 per hour if required to work on public holidays
• No other benefits: No pension, provident fund, gratuity, leave, or other perks
• Pay is calculated on actual duty hours performed
