• Relationship Manager — 7 posts
  Locations: Ahmedabad, Ernakulam, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, New Delhi, Tirunelveli
• Dealer (Stock Broking Terminals) — 5 posts
  Locations: Bhubaneswar, Indore, Jaipur, Thanjavur, Surat

Who Can Apply?

Relationship Manager (7 Posts)

• Qualification: MBA in Marketing or Finance from a reputed university
• Preferred: NISM certification or equivalent capital market qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in stock broking, wealth management, mutual funds, or debt instruments

Dealer — Stock Broking Terminals (5 Posts)

• Qualification: Graduation with NISM qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in dealing

All qualifications must be from a university or institution recognised by the Government of India or approved by government regulatory bodies. Only relevant experience counts.

Age Limit

• Relationship Manager: 25 to 35 years
• Dealer: 21 to 35 years
• Age calculated as on: 01 January 2026

Salary

• Relationship Manager: Rs 4,00,000 to Rs 5,00,000 per year (approximately Rs 33,333 to Rs 41,667 per month)
• Dealer: Rs 4,20,000 per year (approximately Rs 35,000 per month)
• Performance incentive: Additional performance-linked incentive based on your individual performance

Selection Process

1. Application Screening: A screening committee will review all applications to shortlist eligible candidates based on qualification, experience, and age
2. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Only those who meet the eligibility criteria will be notified by email

• Handle client relationships and manage their stock broking, mutual fund, and wealth management portfolios
• Work with clients to understand their investment goals and recommend suitable financial products
• Monitor market trends and provide timely advisory support to clients on equity, debt, and mutual fund investments
• Manage stock broking terminal operations and ensure smooth execution of buy/sell orders
• Follow all SEBI and exchange compliance requirements while handling client transactions
• Assist in growing the client base through referrals, networking, and business development activities
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trading volumes, client activity, and revenue generation
• Keep accurate records of all client interactions, transactions, and documentation as per company policy
