Verification Process

Selected candidates must complete these steps on the verification date:

Reporting: Reach the GPSSB office at the assigned time slot (10:30 AM for SR No. 1-80, 12:00 PM for SR No. 81-152).
Document Submission: Submit original certificates with two sets of self-attested copies.
Verification: Board officials will verify all qualifications, age proof, caste, PwBD status, and identity documents.
Final Merit: Based on verification, the final merit list and posting orders will follow.

The original Junior Clerk competitive exam was conducted in CBRT (Computer Based Recruitment Test) mode on 18 February 2026. The exam was held in MCQ format covering Gujarati grammar, English, General Knowledge, Mathematics, Reasoning, and subject-specific topics relevant to clerical work.
