Gujarat Panchayat Service Selection Board (GPSSB), under the Panchayats, Rural Housing and Rural Development Department of Government of Gujarat, has prepared this provisional merit list based on marks scored in the competitive examination and the details filled in the online application form. This is a Special Recruitment Drive only for PwBD candidates for Village Panchayat Secretary (Talati Cum Mantri) Class-III posts. The merit list will be used to call shortlisted candidates for document verification before the final select list and district allotment is prepared.

What Is in the Provisional Merit List

• The list contains roll number, candidate name, date of birth, gender, caste category, PH (physical handicap) group and total marks obtained.
• Marks are calculated as per the Final Answer Key and the marking pattern fixed by the Board.
• Candidates are placed in merit order. The full list runs into 10 pages in the official PDF.
• Additional marks for Sports and Widow quota are shown separately.
• The minimum qualifying standard for this notice is 40% of total marks.

Who Can Check This List?

• Only candidates who applied under Advertisement No. 14/2025-26 and appeared in the CBRT exam for Talati Cum Mantri under the PwBD Special Recruitment Drive.
• You must have a valid PwBD certificate as per Gujarat Government rules.
• If your name is in the provisional merit list, you must keep all original certificates ready for document verification.

Next Steps After Merit List

1. Check your name and roll number in the provisional merit list PDF on the GPSSB website.
2. GPSSB will publish a separate notice about online/offline document verification (DV) on the website.
3. You will need to upload your documents on the OJAS portal within the given time, or submit them physically as instructed.
4. Keep ready: educational certificates, age proof, caste certificate (if applicable), valid PwBD certificate, identity proof, photo, and any other certificate mentioned in the original advertisement.
5. After successful DV, GPSSB will conduct on-screen district allotment and prepare the Final Select List and Recommendation cum District Allotment List.

Important Notes from the Notice

• The provisional merit list is prepared only for the purpose of certificate verification. Inclusion in this list does NOT mean you are finally selected.
• Candidates who do not upload or submit documents within the time limit will be marked DISQUALIFIED and will lose any future claim to these posts.
• If, during DV, you are found to not meet the educational qualification, age, valid disability, caste, or other requirements as per the original advertisement and recruitment rules, you will be disqualified.
• Candidates without proof of Sports/Widow status will not get additional marks during final selection.
