Who Can Apply?

For IS Audit (AGM - Grade C)

• Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in IT/Electronics/Computer Science/Electrical OR M.Sc.(IT/CS)/MCA/M.Tech OR any graduate with valid CISA certification
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in BFSI/IT sector, of which 4 years in IS Audit/Cyber Security/Information Security Consultancy
• Preferred: CISSP, CISM, CISA, DISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CEH, GIAC certifications

For Risk Management - Information Security (AGM - Grade C)

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics OR BCA/BSc(CS/IT) from a recognized university, OR MCA/MSc(CS/IT)
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in IT/BFSI sector, of which 4 years in Information Security/Cyber Security
• Preferred: CISA, CISM, CISSP, OSCP, CEH, CISP, DISA certifications

For Risk Management - Information Security (Manager - Grade B)

• Qualification: Same as AGM level above
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in IT/BFSI/FinTech sector, of which 2 years in Information Security/Cyber Security

For IT & MIS (DGM - Grade D)

• Qualification: Graduate in Computer Science/IT/Electronics/AI/ML/Cloud Computing/Data Science or related fields. Post-graduates preferred (60% marks or CGPA 6.5+, relaxed to 55%/CGPA 6 for SC/ST/PwBD)
• Experience: Minimum 10 years at middle management level in BFSI/FinTech/Large IT organizations, of which 7 years in the relevant functional area

For IT & MIS (AGM - Grade C)

• Qualification: Same as DGM level
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in BFSI/FinTech/Large IT organizations, of which 4 years in the relevant functional area
• Desirable: Oracle Certified Professional, certifications in Data Analytics, SAS/Python, Project Management, Digital Banking, IT Security, CCNP/CCNA

For IT & MIS (Manager - Grade B)

• Qualification: Same as DGM level
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in BFSI/FinTech/Large IT organizations, of which 2 years in the relevant functional area

For Security Officer (JAM - Grade O)

• Qualification: XII/Diploma Pass or equivalent from a recognized institution. Basic computer proficiency is desirable
• Experience: Retired Junior Commissioned Officer from the Indian Army/Navy/Air Force with minimum 15 years of regular service and Exemplary character at the time of discharge
• Medical: Shape-1 medical category or equivalent at the time of discharge

Age Limit

Age is calculated as on the cut-off date 1 March 2026.

• Deputy General Manager (Grade D): 35 to 45 years
• Assistant General Manager (Grade C): 28 to 40 years
• Manager (Grade B): 25 to 35 years
• Junior Assistant Manager - Security Officer (Grade O): Maximum 50 years (inclusive of all relaxations)

Age Relaxation (for IS Audit, IT & MIS, and Risk Management posts only)

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
• PwBD: 10 years
• Ex-Servicemen: 5 years
• Persons affected by 1984 riots: 5 years

Note: Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC is cumulative with only one of the remaining categories (PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, 1984 riots).

Salary

• Deputy General Manager (Grade D): Pay scale Rs. 1,02,300 - 1,20,940. Gross emolument approximately Rs. 1,97,000 per month in metro cities
• Assistant General Manager (Grade C): Pay scale Rs. 85,920 - 1,05,280. Gross emolument approximately Rs. 1,64,000 per month in metro cities
• Manager (Grade B): Pay scale Rs. 64,820 - 93,960. Gross emolument approximately Rs. 1,24,000 per month in metro cities
• Junior Assistant Manager - Security Officer (Grade O): CTC of approximately Rs. 6.14 to 6.50 lakh per annum in Class A cities
• All selected candidates will receive allowances, perquisites, and Performance Linked Variable Pay as per the bank's policies
• Pension coverage under IDBI Bank Ltd. New Pension Scheme (IBLNPS) rules, 2011

Selection Process

There is no written exam for this recruitment. The selection is based entirely on your profile, experience, and performance in the interview stages.

• Handle information system audits, cyber security assessments, and risk management activities for the bank's IT infrastructure and digital platforms
• Manage IT projects covering core banking, digital lending, payment systems, cloud infrastructure, and data analytics
