Who Can Apply?

For Assistant Administrative Officer (Academics):

• Qualification: You need a Master's Degree with at least 55% marks
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed academic institution, specifically in managing an Academic office
• Desirable: Experience with JEE/GATE/JAM coordination, student orientations and registration, scholarship processing, disciplinary matters, grade sheet preparation, convocation organization, and senate record management

For Assistant Administrative Officer (Finance/Accounts & Store-Purchase):

• Qualification: You need a Master's Degree with at least 55% marks in a relevant field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed academic institution, specifically in Finance and Accounts
• Desirable: Experience in Taxation matters, Accounting Compilation, Final Accounts, Works Accounts, and GFR

For Programmer and Network Engineer (Assistant Engineer Technical):

• Option 1: M.E./M.Tech and B.E./B.Tech in a relevant field with minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA, plus 1 year of experience in the relevant area
• Option 2: B.E./B.Tech with minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA, plus 3 years of experience in the relevant area

Salary

• Each selected candidate will receive a basic salary between Rs 50,000 to Rs 60,000 per month, depending on merit and experience
• No additional allowances (DA, HRA, etc.) will be provided — salary is fixed and consolidated

Selection Process

Selection will be done through the following process:

1. Shortlisting: Applications will be screened based on eligibility criteria. Shortlisted candidates will be announced on 13 April 2026
2. Test and/or Interview: Shortlisted candidates will appear for a test and/or interview on 18 April 2026

Contract Terms

• All positions are on outsourced basis for an initial period of one year
• The contract may be extended by one additional year based on satisfactory performance and institutional needs
• Your employer will be the outsourcing agency (Harshnath Human Services Pvt Ltd), not IIIT Una
• No claim for regularization, absorption, or continuation at IIIT Una will be entertained under any circumstances
• Deployment of selected personnel will be immediate
