Mizoram PSC MF&AS Junior Grade Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

Mizoram Public Service Commission (MPSC) has invited applications for induction into the Junior Grade of Mizoram Finance & Accounts Service under the Finance Department. This recruitment is governed by the Mizoram Finance & Accounts Service (Induction) Regulation, 2022 and the MPSC (Induction to Junior Grade of MF&AS - Evaluation of Seniority and PAR) Guidelines, 2022. This is an induction-based appointment, not a direct recruitment exam — if you are already serving as an Audit & Accounts Officer or Accounts Officer, this is your opportunity to move into the prestigious Finance & Accounts Service cadre.

Who Can Apply?

• Current Post: You must be holding the post of Audit & Accounts Officer / Accounts Officer on a regular basis in the Government of Mizoram.
• Service Requirement: You must have at least 5 years of remaining service on the date the MPSC notifies the selection. Officers with less than 5 years remaining will not be considered.
• Citizenship: You must be a citizen of India as defined in Articles 5-7 of the Constitution.
• No Vigilance Case: You need a No Objection Certificate from your Head of Department/Cadre Controlling Authority confirming no pending vigilance case.

Note: The decision of the Commission regarding eligibility is final and binding. No withdrawal of candidature is allowed after submitting the application.

Salary

• Selected candidates will be placed at Level 10 of the Pay Matrix under the 7th Central Pay Commission as adopted by the Government of Mizoram.
• Basic pay ranges from Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500 per month.
• You will also receive DA, HRA, TA and other allowances as per Government of Mizoram rules.

Application Fee

• Application fee is payable through UPI only, using the mobile number registered during One Time Registration.
• Persons with Disabilities (PwD): Exempted from paying application fee.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Selection Process

Selection is done through induction, not a written exam. The process involves:

1. Evaluation of Seniority: Your seniority in the current post of Audit & Accounts Officer / Accounts Officer will be assessed as per the MF&AS Induction Regulation, 2022.
2. Performance Appraisal Report (PAR) Review: Your Performance Appraisal Reports will be evaluated as per the MPSC guidelines.
3. Document Verification: Eligibility documents including NOC, service records and proof of regular appointment will be verified.

The MPSC's decision on selection is final. Canvassing directly or indirectly will lead to disqualification.

Required Documents

• No Objection Certificate (NOC): A letter from your Head of Department or Cadre Controlling Authority stating no objection to your application and confirming no vigilance case is pending.
• Eligibility Proof: Documents proving you hold the post of Audit & Accounts Officer / Accounts Officer on a regular basis.
• Service Records: Proof of your length of service and remaining years of service.
• Identity and Citizenship Proof: Aadhaar card, PAN card, or other valid government-issued ID.

How to Apply

1. Go to the MPSC online portal at mpsconline.mizoram.gov.in.
2. Create a new account if you have not already registered. Complete the One Time Registration (OTR) which will be verified by MPSC.
3. Once your OTR is verified, log in and select the MF&AS Induction notification.
4. Fill in the online application form with your service details and eligibility information.
5. Upload the required documents including the NOC from your department.
6. Pay the application fee through UPI using the mobile number linked to your OTR.
7. Submit the application and verify that it is actually submitted after payment.
