Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur (MNIT Jaipur), an Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, has released Advertisement No. AES/MNIT/ESTT/2026/CONTRACT/01 dated 24.03.2026 for 5 Security Supervisor posts on a purely contract basis. Who Can Apply?

For Senior Security Supervisor:

• Background: You must be a retired commissioned officer from Defence or Paramilitary Forces, having served at least as a Captain in the Army or holding an equivalent rank in the Navy, Air Force, BSF, CISF, CRPF, or other paramilitary forces.
• Qualification: Bachelor's degree from a recognised university or a Graduation Certificate from Defence/Paramilitary Forces.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a reputed academic institution or organisation.

For Security Supervisor:

• Background: You must be a retired individual from Defence/Paramilitary Forces, having served at least as a Subedar in the Army or holding an equivalent post in the Navy, Air Force, BSF, CISF, CRPF, or other paramilitary forces.
• Qualification: Bachelor's degree from a recognised university or a Graduation Certificate from Defence/Paramilitary Forces.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a reputed academic institution or organisation.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of modern CCTV surveillance systems
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a reputable academic institution at the level of Security Supervisor
• Must meet Shape-I medical standard as per Defence or Central Para Military Force norms
• Proficiency in Hindi and English

Age Limit

• You must be below 58 years of age.
• Age will be calculated as on 31 March 2026.

Salary

• Senior Security Supervisor: Rs 65,000 per month (consolidated) + Rs 4,000 transportation allowance = Rs 69,000 total
• Security Supervisor: Rs 40,000 per month (consolidated) + Rs 4,000 transportation allowance = Rs 44,000 total
• No annual increment or HRA is admissible during the contract period.
• Paid leave at the rate of 1.5 days per completed month of service.
