NMDC Apollo Central Hospital, Bacheli is hiring Medical and Paramedical Professionals for its hospitals at NSL-Nagarnar, SPL-Jagdalpur, Panna, Kirandul and Bacheli. Posts include Nephrologist, Specialists, GDMO, Staff Nurse, Pharmacist and others. The walk-in interview will be held on 15, 16 and 17 May 2026 at NMDC Office, Raipur. Salary ranges from Rs. 24,800 per month for Ward Attendants to Rs. 60 lakh annual CTC for Nephrologists.

NMDC Limited (a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Steel), through its joint venture NMDC Apollo Central Hospital managed by Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd., has issued Employment Notification No. 02/2026 dated 24.04.2026. The hospitals serve Bailadila iron ore mines and Nagarnar Steel Plant townships in Chhattisgarh. Selected candidates will be on the rolls of M/s Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd. Doctors are appointed on regular basis; paramedical staff and GDMOs may be regular or temporary.

Vacancy Breakdown by Post

• Nephrologist: Annual CTC Rs. 48 lakh to Rs. 60 lakh
• Specialist (Medicine, Gen. Surgery, Obst & Gynaec, Radiology): CTC Rs. 28.20-38 lakh (MD/MS/DNB) or Rs. 23-31 lakh (PG Diploma)
• GDMO: Rs. 12-18 lakh CTC / Rs. 1,00,000 per month
• Male Staff Nurse: Rs. 18,600 - 5% - 37,200 / Rs. 37,200 per month
• Asst. Pharmacist: Rs. 17,050 - 5% - 34,100 / Rs. 34,100 per month
• Dresser: Rs. 13,950 - 5% - 27,900 / Rs. 27,900 per month
• Female & Male Ward Attendant: Rs. 12,400 - 5% - 24,800 / Rs. 24,800 per month

Additional payment up to Rs. 1 lakh per month can be considered for Specialist (Radiology) with good experience.

Who Can Apply?

For Nephrologist:

• MD, DM / DrNB (Nephrology) with experience

For Specialists (Medicine / Gen. Surgery / Obst. & Gynaec. / Radiology):

• MD / MS / DNB / DMRD in concerned speciality with experience

For GDMO:

• MBBS with minimum 1 year experience after compulsory internship
• Candidates on Government bond must produce NOC from concerned authority

For Male Staff Nurse:

• B.Sc. (Nursing) or GNM with Higher Secondary/XIIth Board
• Registration with State Nursing Council
• Experience: 2 years for B.Sc. Nursing or 3 years for GNM in a multispecialty hospital

For Asst. Pharmacist:

• Higher Secondary with Diploma / Degree in Pharmacy from a recognised institution
• Experience: 3 years for Diploma holders or 2 years for Degree holders
• Computer knowledge with typing and inventory management is desirable

For Dresser:

• Higher Secondary with Certificate of Dresser from a recognised institute or State Govt.
• Experience: 2 years as Dresser in a multispecialty hospital

For Ward Attendant (Male/Female):

• 10th Pass with 1 year experience as Ward Attendant in a multispecialty hospital

Age Limit

• Nephrologist & Specialists: Up to 55 years (relaxation may be given for suitable and experienced doctors)
• GDMO: Up to 45 years
• Staff Nurse, Pharmacist, Dresser, Ward Attendant: Up to 30 years (relaxation for departmental candidates)
• Upper age limit will be reckoned as on the date of interview

Salary

• Nephrologist: Rs. 48 lakh to Rs. 60 lakh per annum CTC
• Specialist (MD/MS/DNB): Rs. 28.20 lakh to Rs. 38 lakh per annum CTC
• Specialist (PG Diploma): Rs. 23 lakh to Rs. 31 lakh per annum CTC
• GDMO: Rs. 12-18 lakh per annum CTC / Rs. 1,00,000 per month
• Male Staff Nurse: Rs. 37,200 per month (with 5% annual increment)
• Asst. Pharmacist: Rs. 34,100 per month
• Dresser: Rs. 27,900 per month
• Ward Attendant: Rs. 24,800 per month
• Perks for regular doctors and paramedical staff: Accommodation/HRA, medical facility for self & dependent, medical insurance, Group Personal Accident Policy, Leave Encashment, Gratuity, EPF, 2 months gross pay as Retention Bonus on completion of 3 years (doctors only), 1 week training and 1 national conference per year for specialist doctors

To & Fro AC-II Tier journey fare paid to Specialist/Super Specialist doctors and AC-III Tier to GDMOs on production of tickets. No TA admissible for Paramedical Staff.

• Handle inpatient and outpatient services including emergency duties
• Maintain accurate medical records, prescriptions, and patient case sheets

• Follow hospital protocols, infection control standards, and Apollo Hospitals quality guidelines
• Assist in surgeries, ward rounds, and procedures as required by your speciality
• Educate patients and their families on treatment and post-discharge care
• Coordinate with NMDC and Apollo medical teams across Bacheli, Kirandul, Nagarnar, Jagdalpur, and Panna units
