SRES-DID Ri Bhoi Recruitment 2026 — 4 Posts

SRES-DID is the nodal agency for implementing major central government schemes like MGNREGA, PMAY-G, RGSA, PMAAGY, and PMAGY in Ri Bhoi District, Meghalaya. It works under the Community & Rural Development Department, Government of Meghalaya. This is a re-advertisement (continuation of the earlier notice dated 12th March 2025) for contractual positions at the District Programme Management Unit (DPMU), District Programme Resource Centre (DPRC), and Block Programme Resource Centre (BPRC). The engagement is for one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance.

Vacancy Breakdown

• Thematic Expert (DPRC) — 1 post — Rs 30,000/month
• IT Manager (DPMU) — 1 post — Rs 20,000/month
• Programme Assistant cum Training Manager (BPRC) — 2 posts — Rs 25,000/month

Who Can Apply?

Thematic Expert (DPRC)

• Qualification: Post Graduate in RDAP / Rural Development / Agriculture Economics / Social Work or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Rural Development Sector, or experience in training and implementation of Rural Development programmes

IT Manager (DPMU)

• Qualification: MCA / M.Sc. IT or any other equivalent qualification
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field

Programme Assistant cum Training Manager (BPRC)

• Qualification: Post Graduate in Rural Development / RDAP / Social Work / Sociology / Economics / Agriculture Economics or related field
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Rural Development or related fields

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 32 years
• Age relaxation: SC/ST candidates get 5 years relaxation (upper age limit up to 37 years)

Salary

• Thematic Expert (DPRC): Rs 30,000 per month
• IT Manager (DPMU): Rs 20,000 per month
• Programme Assistant cum Training Manager (BPRC): Rs 25,000 per month

These are consolidated monthly salaries on a contractual basis.

• Handle programme planning, coordination, and implementation of RGSA and other rural development schemes at the district and block level
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for programme reviews and progress monitoring
• Work closely with community stakeholders, Panchayati Raj Institutions, and village-level committees for effective programme delivery
• Manage IT infrastructure, databases, and MIS systems for tracking programme data and outcomes (IT Manager)
• Assist in organizing training programmes, workshops, and capacity-building sessions for field staff and community members
• Monitor field activities, conduct site visits, and provide technical support for smooth programme execution
• Follow all guidelines issued by the Ministry of Panchayati Raj and the State Government for RGSA implementation
