A total of 116 vacancies are available across 5 different designations in various District Co-operative Bank Limited offices and the U.P. State Construction Co-operative Federation Limited. Who Can Apply?

For Manager and Junior Manager (Category-1 and Category-2)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with at least 55% marks, OR
  • Bachelor's Degree with one subject in Economics/Mathematics/Statistics with at least 55% marks from a recognized university, OR
  • B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science/IT, B.C.A., or M.C.A. with at least 55% marks, OR

Age Limit

  • Assistant/Cashier: Pay Scale ranges from Rs 2,200-5,825 to Rs 25,620-64,670 per month (varies by district)
  • Assistant/Typist: Pay Scale Rs 25,620-64,670 per month
  • Assistant Engineer (Civil): Level-10, Pay Scale Rs 56,100-1,77,500 per month

Note: Pay scales differ across District Co-operative Banks. The Assistant Engineer (Civil) post at U.P. State Construction Co-operative Federation Limited carries the highest pay scale.

Selection Process

  1. Preliminary Examination (if required) — Conducted online if applications exceed a specified limit. 100 questions, 100 marks, 90 minutes. Qualifying only — marks are NOT counted for merit.
  2. Main Examination — The primary selection exam. For Category-1 and 2: 120 questions, 200 marks, 120 minutes. For Category-3: 120 questions, 200 marks, 120 minutes. Your Main Exam score determines your merit position.
  3. Interview/Personality Test — For Manager and Junior Manager (Category-1 and Category-2) posts. Up to 3 times the vacancies are called for interview based on Main Exam results.
  4. Proficiency/Skill Test — For Assistant/Cashier and Assistant/Typist (Category-3) posts where compulsory qualification requires it. Up to 5 times the vacancies are called based on Main Exam results.
  5. Document Verification — Original documents and certificates verified before final appointment.
  6. Medical Examination — Health examination as per rules for selected candidates.

  2. Click "New Registration" and enter your name, contact details, and email ID. You will receive a temporary registration number and password.
  3. Login with your registration number and fill in all personal, educational, and other required details carefully.
  4. Upload your photograph (200x230 pixels, 20-50 KB), signature (140x60 pixels, 10-20 KB), left thumb impression (240x240 pixels, 20-50 KB), and handwritten declaration (800x400 pixels, 50-100 KB).
  5. Pay the examination fee online using debit card, credit card, internet banking, UPI, IMPS, or mobile wallet.
  6. Preview your complete application, verify all details, and click "Complete Registration".
  7. Take a printout of the application form and fee receipt for your records.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day banking operations including customer transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and account management at the District Co-operative Bank branch.
  • Manage loan processing, credit appraisals, and recovery activities for agricultural and cooperative sector lending as per bank policies.
  • Prepare financial statements, maintain ledgers, and ensure accurate recording of all banking transactions.
  • Assist customers with account opening, KYC documentation, and resolution of banking queries and complaints.
  • Work on computerized banking systems for data entry, report generation, and digital banking services.
  • Follow all regulatory guidelines issued by RBI, NABARD, and the Cooperative Department of Uttar Pradesh.
  • Monitor branch performance, track key metrics, and contribute to achieving business targets set by the bank.
  • Assist in audit processes, compliance checks, and implementation of government welfare schemes through the cooperative banking channel.
